I don't think so. I'm fairly confident the third player listed on our team was the player who dropped from theirs, and simply got displaced in CELO by the AI listing. It was likely just a matter of timing of their drop that confused the game on how to display it. I don't think the game was affected in any way, because it said they had dropped as soon as we got into the match.
I wouldn't worry too much about this bug, I mostly posted it for amusement. As far as bug priority goes in this game, I'd rank this one dead last

I know how this happens.
You know when game finds you a match and you are on loading screen. When the loading screen is about to come up and screen goes a bit black you can see who is joining the match, which means before you officially join the match/the loading screen starts you can see who your opponents are. And some players can exit the game by discontenting or alt+f4 the game, I guess. It happened to me to a few times, which makes me think most possibly in such scenario when a player has joined the game and not exit the game and since the game has not been cancelled (which it should imo, for it being unfair to the remaining player/s in the game), then system replaced the player with CPU easy. I'm almost sure that's the reason. people can do that when the think they are against stronger players they might know and they don't wanna be in such a match up

If your steam profile is set to private it will not show you the hours played. It is not an issue with Celo.

Good point. Mine's never been private though, and it often fails to report my hours.

yea it's not necessarily, and only because of being private steam account, I can see that very often that it doesn't show my or my friend's play hrs while none of us have private steam account.
