If you click the "Sell" button it should bring up a graph with the average price - I've never gotten a foil card, so those might be different because there are so few that the average price isn't much help, but with my normal cards I just price them at the average and they normally sell pretty fast.
100-200 bucks just to see if someone will do it.

EDIT: It turns out that the maximum you can charge for something on Steam Marketplace is €304.

what's a "foil card"?
From http://steamcommunity.com/tradingcards/faq
"What are Foil Trading Cards?
There is a small chance whenever you get a Trading Card from playing a game that it will have a special foil border. You'll need to collect a set of foil cards in order to craft them into a foil badge. There is no extra benefit to having foil cards or foil badges aside from their rarity."

so you get those cards just by playing the game?
Yes. It's tied to the amount of time you've spent playing the game. Under normal circumstances, you can only get about half of them. If you hover your mouse over your name in your Steam client and choose "Badges" from the drop-down list, you're brought to a page that shows which cards you have and how many more you are able to unlock. They seem to unlock pretty quickly.
If you're interested in the arcana of Steam cards:
"Once you have received all of your card drops, you become eligible for a booster pack containing 3 additional cards. Booster packs are granted randomly to eligible users as more badges are crafted by members of the community. Make sure you log in to Steam each week to maintain eligibility."
TL DR: when other people get full sets of cards, your likelihood of getting more cards goes up.
So who gives a shit? Getting full sets of cards levels up your Steam account, which gets you more slots on your friends list (among other things). Now you know.

You cannot have more than $200 in your steam wallet, so selling that high is pointless. IMHO? Sell for 60-100 and see if it works. Either way you get a game : standard or CE
