Remove one moscow outskirts map

I would prefer it if the map just went away forever (srsly duck that map) but im sure thiere are pepole who like it but can we get rid of one of theam? thiere are infact alot of maps that i dont like and i hate the fact that i have to use 2 banns on the same map

I'm pretty sure it's coming back (fingers crossed) the mapmaker said he was balancing it a bit. the only thing wrong with that map was the house otherwise it's very good.
