Can we get de-syncs in team games fixed?

If you cant fix it, at least make nobody get a loss from de-syncs to prevent unfair defeats.

De-sync is such a major issue in all team game modes when one of players fail to load, then game freeze on start, then everybody disconnects, and team with most disputes (meaning consisting of more experienced players due to number of disputes being proportional to amount of games played) gets defeat. Its not fair, certainly not fun, and ruins leaderboards climbing. It also affects majority of playerbase, randoms and AT alike in any mode past 1v1.
If you cant fix it, at least make it so nobody get a loss.

What can i say? hm. Axis 4vs4 66/0 and then syn error.
THe day before yesterday 4vs4 allies rank 1, syn error. You can't stay at the top of ladder when this happends.

I don't have much to go on. Do you have a bug splat number from 1 of the games that ended in a desync?
Thing is game does not crush, map loads, then game is frozen and fail to start, then everybody drops (receiving connection lost message in-game), then team with most disputes gets defeat, another gets a win, then everybody back to lobby.
It seems to happen when one player fails to connect to servers after loading or something like this.
