How can I rewind a replay?

Is it possible? When you miss an important scene, it is really frustrating to restart and fast-forward.

You can't. 
If they can't make rewinding work they should at least allow us to jump to set points in the replay (like every 3 minutes or so).
Surely that much be possible, right? I mean saving all the variable the states of the match continuously would probably be too much but every 3 minutes or so. Replays are so tiny files and it is not like the difference between 500 kB and 800 kB or so would make a big difference for the players.

I remember back in the DoW1 days when we complained about this we were told that it's a very challenging technical task, but that they were planning on implementing rewinding in future titles. That was NINE years ago and they still haven't done it. Considering how little was added for CoH2 and that the game was released 7 years ago, it's borderline offensive how little they seem to care.

this is one of the reasons i can't justify spending $60+ on this game. No rewind on replays is pretty bad.
Look For The Price Of CoH2 To Fall Under $35 USD by August 2013. Sales have been atrocious.

I will buy it when they lower the price.
I do not think the game is lousy. I've watched it on Twitch.tv.
For me, its just not worth $60. It is incomplete.
