Shadow problem

In Moment i have a smal problem with the Shadow in the Worldbuilder. Espessial with Night-Weather.

The Weather Effect is just normal as always but over the hole map i have Shadow-lines. Its like a Tree-Shadow but 500 meters long :( So the map have Shadow stripes !

If anyone knows about this Problem , i realy could use some Help with it.
I was trying to fix this many Times , sometimes i have it and sometimes not , i have no idea from what this comes from !??
