They are looking for balance dev that would have a clue on what he is doing
Well they certainly won't find one here.
Anyone who has any idea of what they are talking about in terms of CoH2 balance has either moved on or are constantly drowned out by people like you. It's pretty obvious that the previous balance decisions Relic has made these past few patches are from kneejerk reactions based off community "feedback". If you all think the current state of balance is bad and want someone to blame, look no further than yourselves. When the community calms down, decides to play the other 4 factions available in the game and remembers that the balance is supposed to be asymmetrical maybe then we can provide the devs with actual feedback and help them to produce better and more balanced patches in the future.
