Not an inherently terrible idea. It is quite strong for it's cost.
Disagree on the manpower I think 325/120 would place it more reasonably. It's vet is nowhere near as good as the Pzr IV and luckily doesn't have access to the get out of jail free smoke available in some Ostheer Doctrines.

Cromwell is indeed a very VERY strong tank. Not sure what to do with it though.

Can´t we wait until the patch arrives? Every faction has a unit that´s quite good for cost, better than the other factions respective counterpart at times. Yet it evens out when another unit of the other faction is performing better. In that case I would say it´s the Panzerschreck and StuG that are evening it out a bit.
Seems like Brits are going to be hit quite hard by the patch. Let´s wait and see how it´s going to work out in the big picture.

Only thing I would like to see changed is the huge crush ability. Rest is fine for it's cost.
