Why the scott needs to be better:
- Late game unit, when the resources are required for other stuff
- Costs fuel,
- short range, kinda
- The latest nerfs were silly and unjustified
Why the Pack Craziness needs to calm down:
- The AOE is insane at the moment, no explanation needed
- Sick range
- Sick Pen
- comes too early

Have you ever played vs double scotts? The things wipe everything that isn't armor 
A buff that could be done is its building time, it takes ages to build them..

Double scott and a jakson is quite brutal, so no.
No buffs.
Unlike Pack Howitzer, the Scott can do this amazing thing called "reverse" while firing on the move, allowing it to kite blobs/ infantry and support other tanks against inf attack.

I actually think people didn't read the poll question properly.
Not seeing something does not mean it is weak, by the way. It just mean USF has more meta options, and the correct way to handle this is to nerf the meta units in line with other USF units.
Not buffing the Scott to meta levels.
Then there are also the issue of what game mode you are on? 4v4? or 1v1? Game play flow is completely different in the modes.... So yeah, this thread is actually kinda pointless.
