I, by accident, deleted my Vanguard commander trying to make adjustments.

I dont have the 'thank you for you purchase' email anymore

Open COH2 and click "Menu".

There is a button headed "Customer Service". Click that and fill in the details.

there is a history in your steam purchases, somewhere in steam there is a tab with this. You might want to screenshot that too.

Click your name on Steam. It drops down a menu of 3 choices

Click Account Details. This brings up "Store and purchase history"

Click "purchase history"

Recently there was same thread on official forums, guy went for support and since he did it himself and didn't lost it because of game error or other technical stuff, he wasn't refunded.

Well, you can still use the thread to provide feedback about confirmation window for example when deleting skin or commander as bulletins hold much lesser value.

Stupid question...

They probably do it because they'll drop you about 10 of each commander through war spoils which is completely unneeded.

Stupid reply :foreveralone:

Despite being able to break limit on the 1000 items cap. Eventually you will have to start deleting things. I've noticed that since I broke the 1000 limit the rate I get warspoils drops heavily! So after some deletion I started getting more again. So delete is necessary. Duplicate commanders was the first thing I reached for with my 7 Elite Armor guys :P
