I have faced this bug since a long time ago and VERY OFTEN.
Simply when you change faction to get a new automatch, when the match starts you see that you don't have no Commanders/Bulletins/Skins!!!
It sometimes seems impossible for me to prevent that after I change factions. (my items are less than 1000, and when I change factions I change loadouts a few times to make sure maybe it won't happen, but it happens to me 9 of 10 when I change factions)
This bug is extremely frustrating and can often cause you lose in a competitive match. what is even more frustrating is that sometimes this even happens in the 2nd or 3rd game (after the first game you played without commanders)
This has been so far the most annoying bug I have experienced in this game.
Any chance to fix this?

I've not had this but heard of people having it. I doubt it will help but have you tried creating new loadouts, in case it was bugged?

This fixes it.
It's an issue with an empty loadout being saved or something.

What do u mean empty loadout being saved?
Basically what happens is that if I am playing a faction, and now I wanna change faction, next game I won't have commanders/skins/bulletins, and I happens 99% of the time, and it usually gets fixed for the game after I play without commanders, but as soon as I change factions it happens again!!

PS. Sometimes I also have games when I play Soviet for ex and got OKW commanders or vice versa (even though in game when u choose commander u won't get access to commander items) as soon as I change factions, and it happened to me quite a few times

Thats a rather rare bug.
Honestly for me that happens 9 out of 10 and extremely frustrating cause it's a good chance y lose a game if u get a competitive match

yes, I do, I think all of us have. but the thing is u can't delete them. is there anyway to delete those items?
U think they might be the reason for that?

i used to have this issue as well and it magically went away after a while. i don't remember if reinstalled the game or played from my laptop during that time.

You can Delete Items by doing the Following
1. Enter the Modding Hub (in Game)
2. Click the Manage Tab
3. Select the User Content you want to remove
4. Click the "Unsubscribe" button, then click the Delete. Button
It's possible that some piece of User content might be causing the problem.

I did this and was excited I finally fixed that, but unfortunately it happened again! maybe I just have to deal with it lol similar to the bugsplats that we just have to deal with it

Try deleting any User created Content again and then turning "Custom Aesthetics" Off.

Yea I actually first turned that off and unsubscribed and deleted everything, but it happened to me
Don't know maybe I should try uninstalling and installing the game again

Yes, i deleted everything and decided if I need anything I just temporarily sub and then delete after I used
