hey guys, just wondering if people use command tanks..? are they worth it?
what are the bonuses?

P4 command tank is borderline OP, makes tanks take reduced damage by 20% and gives either rec. accuracy for infantry or the same dmg reduction, don't remember.
My place in the ladder is irrelevant as long as I am matched with opponents of the same rank and play all factions (balance at place 1000+ is no different from balance in top 100 if we consider what I said before the brakets) so I don't care about your assertion which is also irrelevant.

I dont remember exact bonuses but these bounuses are really high and all 3 types of command vehicles are widely used, not to say borderline overpowered.
The stats I remember:
command p4 reduces damage taken by ~20%
command panther has mark target ability that multiplies damage done to the target
british command vehicle has free recon run and some bonuses to all nerby units while also lowering dps and speed of command vehicle itself
EDIT: forgot its an ostheer forum
but maybe you will get some use from additional data
