My brother also has this problem and he has Intel HD graphics as well.

They should update the drivers eventually. For now you either have to choose no fog and dull map colors or some white units.

If you using desktops then you should really upgrade to a dedicated graphics card. If your are on laptops, well the game probably isn't designed to run on integrated graphics either (integrated cards don't have driver updates to support games).
