for long range AI. In green cover they also win vs light tanks.

Usually i'm using shock troops. But lately i'm trying out different strategies and i have no idea of what guards are good for.
Their average against infantry and cant really do anything against anything heavier than a halftruck.

so, what are these good for?


they arent average vs infantry. I think they win vs any infantry at any range except those melee units like shocks and pgrens.

But they have no sprint and bad vs mediums (no grenades to dmg engine).
