Crash to desktop when game ends

I'm crashing to desktop when a game ends, doesn't matter what type. Multiplayer, AI Skirmish, TOW, Campaign Mission. basically every time the game tries to transition from the game engine back to the menus. Even happens after I run the performance test. Anyone else?

You are not alone, i've the same problem and i've read the Steam community's forum a lot of people have this... i think that is problem that will be fix with a patch, couse i've all driver upgraded and all ok. So i think that we will be patient

Have you tried running the repair in Steam?
Other than that check if you deleted/renamed some video files... I renamed some of them because they can get annoying and the game started crashing after that whenever it tried to play a video (worked fine in beta).

My 2v2 teammate is also getting these issues, with a decent rig, while I, with a shitty 6 year old rig, am not. I smell it may be incompability.

Well I can also check in here. There has literally JUST been a patch, and now my game crashes after every game. Very annoying!

I'm having the same problem. Applying the update didn't fix it. Every time COH2 exits to desktop, COH2 says its downloading updates for a few seconds.

The "update" is just the game syncing your game profile to Steam.
