Where to buy new commanders?

I don't know if I post it in good place but... Guys, I want to buy new commanders (Heavy Cav and Feuersturm) but I don't see them in steam store... Only old ones. I even tried to delete free trial commanders to see if they maybe blocked it, but I still don't see where can I buy these damn things! Can someone point me to it?

Just wait until the free trial is over, I am sure you can buy them then.
Whenever I face USF as OKW, it feels like I have been strapped down into a mental hospital wheelchair, with legs that can't reach the floor to move myself forward and a nurse is trying to move the wheelchair backwards whilst I have to race a formula one car for a best of three laps.

Should be in the in-game store. I can't tell though since I can't even connect to Relic servers.

You can't buy them when you have trial ON.
Erase trial commanders and they should appear in the store.

There is a function in the store that means it only shows things you don't already own, try turning that off
