Bud is this worth the extra $80 or is the Phenom more than enough- good enough for streaming 720p without game performance suffering? I don't mind spending a bit more on the CPU if you think its worth the difference in price. And is that enough ram or should I get more than 4gb?

Thats $429. If you can swing the extra $25 for 8GB of ram I'd do it. Otherwise its a solid build.
