No reason to have a pershing over 2 shermans as of now.

You get smokes, self repair, better AI, worse AT in terms of penetration, self crit repair, with the EZ-8 it's even more one sided, all in all heavy cavalry is a good doctrine but not because of the Pershing.

Every USF player in 4v4 game mode picks Heavy Cavalry commander and get rekt by early vehicles while saving for Pershing.

In last 9 games I saw Jackson only twice.

Still playing around with it. You can't overextend and send it on solo missions or you can get caught with your pants down easily. Keep it amongst infantry and weapons teams and it wrecks from afar safely. If enemy spams AT, support with pack howie or M8 Scott or smoke them with call-in smoke and advance Rangers. I'm finding you need lots of munitions AND fuel to make this doctrine work to max capacity.

I like how they made the Pershing, but if they made it different from tiger and is-2, they should have lowered the fuel cost a bit, not much, 15-20 fuel should be enough, it just doesn't perfom as well as the newly buffed tiger for the same fuel price. Or, they could increase health and armor by 10% each for this price.
And another thing, all other tanks at 800 hp are medium tanks. For the Pershing to be a heavy, they should give it at least another 80 hp in order to go along the line with relic logic.

seems like everybody forgetting: 1) commander is overall very, very solid (some may say stronk) 2) usf has the best early and midgame, take that into account if you want to buff pershing.

just started usf 1v1 and im steamrolling my rank 600s enemys lol

thats not how balancing works.
An underpowered unit is a underpowered unit, it doesn't matter how well the rest of the faction is doing. Balance is done by a unit by unit basis and just because a faction is doing well doesn't exclude its underpowered units from getting buffs.

The Pershing currently isn't worth it's cost and needs changes.

Pershing is fine. It's a hard hitting, fast , mobile but fairly fragile heavy.


It has great synergy with the combined arms ability and its vet bonuses are great and a good vet 1 ability.


Please dont change it relic, you actually did it right this time :sibHyena:

another thing is Pershing can't decrew, i think it is for to limit the Pershing as one, but took away the USF all armor can repair itself by its crew specialty, it need add free crew repair with ability to cancel any time, to make it par with rest of USF armor. but i really don't see the point to give pershing limit as call in, maybe change it to be like E8 but lower the fuel to 150. i really think it should be a 150fu tank for its stats right now, just look another 150fu tank Churchill, no limit, fat, maingun feels like it have better than pershing too. only thing pershing is better is, it is fast like wind, and dat 90mu 1 time shot

Seems like it has only 45 range.



Possibly a bug because the gun has a 0 25 50 profile but max range is set to 45.


Nice find, however doesn't seem like anyone cares

Would be nice if they added a T-70 like Self-Repair ability either Vet 0 for Muni cost or maybe a Vet ability.

alright, if balance is about units itself, buff grens and volks, both lose 1v1 to riflemen. am i right?ÀM I RIGHT?
