This actually seems intended to me.
Another normalization of flame damage across the board, all behicle flamers deal the same damage, all leave the same dot, doesn't matter if its WASP or churchill croc, they have exactly the same killing potential.

Working as intended, read the patch notes
We are increasing the time per tick for damage over time. This will include all incendiary abilities, Molotov’s, and flamer dots that vehicles leave behind.

I noticed though, that the KV8s flame jet time is like 3 seconds longer than the Hetzers and the Churchills. Didn't check the Halftrack and the Wasp yet.
Edit: Also I don't know if that directly effects the DPS.

Just killed 40 conscripts with hetzer ... not even vet1. Also killed 30 rifle models to get vet1 I wonder how much u need to kill to get this tank to vet5

Yeah, burst duration is about the only difference, but its still at least 5 seconds before full hp model dies.

Oh I know all about new doctrine with flame weapons They should make some new animations like SPios playing with matches ....
