Tired of 70% allied winrates in automatch? I suggest you try out this mod! This mod is the most balanced coh2 expierience yet.





Notes


I found Sherman tanks were underperformaning
-Sherman health increased from 640 to 960
-Sherman Easy 8 health increased from 720 to 1080
Sherman HE Shell damage increased from 160 to 300


USF Anti tank
I found that USF anti tank was under-performing,especially late game.

-Bazooka buff
Damage from 80 to 160

Jackson
Damage from 200 to 300

Air Superiority
I found that air superiority was underperforming. It did not deal enough damage, and it didnt do its intended job of countering blobs.


-Air Superiority now spawns 25 planes,up from 6.
-deals suppression
-Damage increased to 1,000

Other Changes

Lietueant squad Dancing behavior fixed.

Many Graphical Improvements.
Improvements include:
Bazooka fires realistic shells
Firefly Tulip rocket fires realistic rockets
M4 Sherman,M36 Jackson,and Easy 8 Sherman all fire realistic shells.
P47 Aircraft fires realistic rockets.
Air Superiority drops realistic bombs


Rifle Company

any community members believed that riflemen flamers are overperforming. I agree.

I have decided to balance the flamethrower.
-Now unlocks at 8 CP

To counterbalance this nerf,Phosphorus artillery has been replaced with a B24 light bombing run.



-Ranger infantry

-Rangers were underperforming based on my balance algorithim.

-Base Received accuracy changed from 1 to 0.4.

-Now availabe in Lieutenant tier.

However.
I found that rangers were also clearly overperforming in a certain way with their demo charge. Its been removed.

-Instead rangers have Fallschrimjager camoflauge.
-Rangers can now also call in a strafing run for support.

Despite extensive testing,I still found that the M4 Sherman tanks were underperfming. Even with buffs
So I have buffed them further.

- Sherman now fires Napalm smoke rounds instead of basic smoke from its smoke launchers




ALL USF 50 Cals now fire AP Ball ammunition.


I found that USF grenades were greatly underperforming due to a bug.

Pineapple grenades(paratrooper,and riflemen) fixed. They should perform as intended now.

M3 Halftrack

Many players found the M3 halftrack very weak. In addition to the AP Ball ammunition,the M3 halftrack has received a generous buff,it can now hopefulyl be used in more of a direct combat role.

Health increased from 200 to 1,280


UKF



Its widely known that UKF is extremely weak at the moment. I have decided to address this.

Sherman Firefly
Reload reduced from 10 to 6.
Damage increase to 300
Penetration increased to 1000
Tulip rockets

Damage increased to 640,with a 50% chance to do only 240,for balance reasons.
Tulip rockets can now be used against soft targets again. We found the strictly anti tank role was underwhelming.



CHurchill AVRE

Using my balance algorithim,I found that the churchill AVRE was SEVERRELY underperforming.

Damage increased from 440 to 3,000
Graphic Improvements.



Axis

I found the MG34 was underperforming.

Damage increase from 2 to 15.

Suppression increased to 50.

Soviet Buffs

IS2 122 mmm gun
-Mirrored to KT lethality wise
-range to 50
-scatter doubled,because soviets tanker cant hit shit,comrade
main gun will suppress

ISU 152

152mm gun
-Asthetic improvements
Damage to 3000
AOE is now the deadliest in the game
Reload to 30 seconds
can suppress
Immobilze and abandon crit added to main gun

Starting with OKW

Panzershrek

I found the panzershrek was underforming in comparison to the Bazooka.

-Damage from 120 to 200
-Penetration to 200/210/220
upgraded visual effect


Panther
-I found the panther was underforming.
-Damage from 160 to 240
-Graphic update to shell
-AOE increased to allow more damage vs infantry
Upgraded visual effects

King Tiger Tanks
I found the tiger tanks lack the fear factor that they had in real life.

I am changing this.
-Upon Penetration,there is:
50% chance of decrew
50% chance of vehicle being stunned
This means that king tigers will always kill or knock out other armor in one penetrating hit
Crew shock critical removed
-Range to 60

Main gun causes suppression to infantry

Graphic Improvements


Jagdtiger

Same as king tiger. I felt that it was not feared.

Damage to 640
100% chance of crew shock,and will cause damaged vision block critical

Upgraded visual effects


-Lots of polishing

-Issue with ranger camo fixed
-Ranger Air support ability removed,it was found to be overpowered.
-British Tanks(Cromwell and Comet)receive astehtic upgrades as well.



M7B1 Priest

I found the priest to be ineffective as an artillery piece. These buffs should make it more effective.
Damage increased from 200 to 400
AOE Increased tenfold

At first I didnt take this very serious,it was only for my friends and me to play.

But now I think this will be pretty fun.

so ill add screenshots,description,and...a mod name....and all that stuff!!!!!!!!!!!

Rifle Company

I found this mod really nice. Finaly Allies can somehow counter tigers and Panther spam. Now allies have at least small chance to win late game.

Nice1. Hope relic would balance game like you.

But you really overbuffed MG42.

Its more balanced than the relic balance mods.

More amazing balance notes. Ive finally gotten around to the axis factions.
Starting with OKW

Panzershrek

I found the panzershrek was underforming in comparison to the Bazooka.

-Damage from 120 to 200
-Penetration to 200/210/220

Panther

-Damage from 160 to 240
-Graphic update to shell
