German speech files

Is there a way of getting the germans to speak german as you could in vCoH where you could download a speech file?

Well if you jsut put your steam language to german than the game will be in german and so the voice idk if that what you want.

Does the game really change speech files when you change the language on steam? Worth a try i guess, but then I assume the russians will speak german which is even more weird...
