960hp and 300 armour doesn't warrant a single call in restriction, unless it gets over 1,000 health like the other heavy tanks.


So it can only take one less ATG shot. If it has 50 range, good firepower and better mobility?

It's not meant to be an IS-2 or Tiger clone, but just because it isn't does not mean the restrictions shouldn't apply. Do we want the heavy tank call-in meta to return?

i believe the pershing will be a comet clone limited to one.

the only thing that will be OP about this new commander will be rangers

just because people cant bring another IS-2/Tiger into battle doesnt mean the heavy callin meta has died

The heavy call in meta never died. It remains in larger game modes.

2) They release commanders OP as hell for a whole month
3) 1 month because they don't want to start losing the playerbase
4) They balance it after a month of receiving fanboy money.


This is exactly what happens every single time new commanders are released.

Expect to run into the Pak-43 when using this commander, especially the first few days. Pershing will be pretty much paper to that thing. This doctrine leaves USF with woeful indirect fire (only the nerfed Pak Howitzer), so the only option for killing that thing will be solid infantry micro with Rifles, Rangers, and an abundance of smoke.

One cannot talk about performance in advance without thinking at the real thing and comparing it to its german counterparts. But since this is a historicaly INaccurate game, we cannot make any speculation.

It should be like the comet/panther imo. A clunky slow ass tank just doesn't fit the USF faction.

Additionally it needs to be limited to one and vehicle crews need to be disabled for the Pershing so you can't bypass the limit.

no it should not be like comet/panther, it should be different. as discussed earlier, main objective is being a damage sponge and a combined arms unit. Coment tank isn't a combined arms unit at all and panther also not that much.

pershing tank alone should not be very useful, but combined with a faster tank for flanking and guarded by some inf --> powerful!

it should be a mix between firefly and churchill.

Pershing is not true heavy tank, therefore it should be treated like something between medium and heavy.


HP: 800 (1040 with vet 2).
Armor: 300-340.
Slower than Tiger.
Should be better than Panther for AI, but worse than Tiger.
Turret rotation should be very good, way faste than Tiger's.
Medicore penetration, like 180/200/220.
40 range, 50 with vet 2.

But that's just my opinion.

It should be the Tiger and IS-2 combined, with the Jadgtiger's damage. American technology was far ahead of the rest of the world, so the Pershing should reflect that.

I'm going to tell you that it's not . It has 50 range stock.


It has 800 HP, not 1040 like tiger/IS-2.


The pershing will be a slower comet with the same armor, but more penetration and pucnh againts inf.

Whenever I face USF as OKW, it feels like I have been strapped down into a mental hospital wheelchair, with legs that can't reach the floor to move myself forward and a nurse is trying to move the wheelchair backwards whilst I have to race a formula one car for a best of three laps.

It feels handicapped from the start


No thumbs, cute and a lot of furry fluffiness, I am the ultimate kitten and by the heavens, am I angry!
