Cant seem to run games on medium or high settings without feeling slow when moving left to right.
Intel Core i7-3770 CPU 3.40ghz
8.00 GB ram
64bit operating system
NVIDIA Geforce GT 640
( note this is when playing games such as the forest/ dying light )

So the NVIDIA Geforce GT 640 is too old?
I though it would of been something to do with ram?

Yes, your graphics card is not good enough.

Your ram is probably ok, try testing it with memtest86 to be sure.

Buy gtx 760 at least, but i recommend gtx 780 or 970. Dont know anything about AMD GPUs.

Nonsense, buy a gtx 960 for 200-215 dollars/euros or 160ish pounds if you can, if not overclock your GPU. Imperial Dane seems to run his game flawlessly with the gtx 960 though.

Your ram and cpu seem to be fine. What is the maximum boost speed on your I7?

Whenever I face USF as OKW, it feels like I have been strapped down into a mental hospital wheelchair, with legs that can't reach the floor to move myself forward and a nurse is trying to move the wheelchair backwards whilst I have to race a formula one car for a best of three laps.

It feels handicapped from the start
