Why not make an coh replaysection just to post replays before coh2 is here.

Because making the replay section will be quite a lot of work, and frankly, GR's replay section is top notch and needs very little improvement.
We have other new features that are priorities right now. As soon as (or hopefully slightly before) coh2 or coh2beta replays will be post-able, the replay section will become priority #1.

Will there be the same upload replay section + [replay][/replay] in your strategy threads system?!
I got used to it, but it wasn't really newby-friendly.
