"Blazing the Trail" bulletin have no category

This KV-8 bulletin should have "Heavy Tanks" category and be in the heavy tanks bookmark with other KV-8 bulletins.

Bulletin at the start of the list instead of with other heavy tanks bulletins:

This is one of many issues with the bulletins, I will see what I can get fixed.

This is an issue with multiple newer bulletins like M3 scout car move speed and others I can't think of right now. But honestly, who cares? bulletins are a huge waste of time.

eh, not all of them. the grenade range bulletins are great if triple stacked.

Also that USA ambulance rechage time decreased , or ostheer 221 to 222 upgrade cheaper , or decrease of cost in reserching bars (only brs , and the with zooks). Or even those like Jagtiger recharge time decrease by 10 %
