Ok thx man so from the site, next 2 month this baby is gonna be mine.
CPU: Intel Core i5-7600K 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo Boost ) Kabylake LGA 1151
Motherboard: Asrock Z270 Gaming K6 Socket 1151
Fan: DeepCool Gammaxx 400
RAM: Gskill Ripjaws V 16GB ( 2x8GB ) Bus 2666 cas 15 - DDR4
VGA: Palit Nvidia GTX 1070 Game Rock RGB Led 8GB ( 256 Bit ) DDR5
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro Titannium Green Windowed - Full Tower Case
PSU: Seasonic M12II 620 - 80 Plus Bronze PSU
Fan: Phanteks TC14S Black/White Edition- Dual Tower ITX Cpu Cooler
About the PSU, still kinda sad that none of the PSU mentioned at around 100 Euro are available here, man I did not know about some of those brands (like nobody I've met known about Seasonic or Phanteks).

yeah, PSUs are quite difficult. but they sell the Seasonic G650 - 80 Plus Gold PSU, which is the 650w version of the g550, so a tad oversized, but it should serve you well
but that list and a good ssd will be a very good pc for the next years, with the option to severely overclock later on

Ok thanks for the support so what should I look for in a good SSD and HDD?

those don't matter that much as long as you treat them well

Thanks again for your insight, now I see that the Ryzen 1600x looks really beastly at the same price range so I intend to change the rig build to:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600X 3.6 GHz (4.0 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4
Motherboard: GIGABYTE AB350 GAMING 3 – Socket AMD AM4
Fan: Phanteks TC14PE Blue Edition - Dual Fans Ultimate Cpu Cooler
Dunno if this motherboard can carry both the fan and the 1070 and OC? Or should I upgrade to X370?
