My impression is still that it's better than the panther. I haven't looked at the specific stats, but from the feel of it, it appears to be a bit faster and to have faster rotation+turret rotation?
The comet is better than the panther, but thats why it costs more. Imo the comet is totally fine, one of the few brit units that doesnt need a buff or a nerf or a fix.
