The ability gets a countdown and no smoke. Should we quit hoping?? Either remove or fix thanks

If the mortar is set up already, you can use the ability. But if you click outside it's range (so it has to pack up and set down again) it will get bugged up.
It's bad, I know, but for the current time you just have to set it up first so it can reach the destination with it's shots and lanch the smoke afterwards.

Not strictly true. It will also bug if you try to smoke too close to maximum range
