Soviet T3 comes out really fast, and Axis have 2 counter (pgren shreck/pak OR Puma), BUT, soviet T4 is now worthless. In other words, soviet have pretty much no late game like USF now, and have to win early/mid game with T-70 spam, M5 abuse, etc.

No, i agree that somthing now are good, but its need work more about some units and phase of game, and ofc with OKW price tiers.
