coh2 startup goes wrong

hey guys,

since yesterday my coh2 starts up wrong the flag behind the menu is already in my loading screen of the relic icon and coh image and when he's finished with loading coh2 the menu is unclear and vague. i tried a reinstalled it didn't work i tried to change my settings in coh it also didn't work. so my question is how do i get the normal startup back ? btw ingame i have no problems with it and i never had problems with it.
