As I said in another thread, Steam Family Sharing doesn't seem to want to work. I tried it on a Steam account a few weeks ago, and only OKW was playable(Wehrmacht was locked despite my main account which I used to share has every faction). I'll wait until Steam fixes it so it can actually function properly.
