How to counter an OKW spearhead assault?

In the map The Oder, we and the enemy players control each half of the map. But them by the time it is late game, one of the players lancher a spearhead with a kt supported by 2 jagdpanzers, a command panther, a large blob and walking stukas. They establish a foothold and push enven further, destroy a lot of our tanks(we were playing as 2 USF AND 2 SU), the other players take advantage of the situation and lanch an assualt too(2 OKW and 2 Ocheer), by the time we managed to take down the kt, we lost half of our tanks and they just push foward and destroy us completely.
How can i counter a kt spearhead assault??

It sounds like your just let the enemy team reach critical mass. A KT, x2 JP4, x2 Stukas, and a Command Panther is like 96 population points. So it was probably a combined assault from the enemy team, your team did not respond well enough to.

a replay would help, but he doesn't have to post it, his description of the game is well enough. and maybe he doesn't know how to post a replay seeing how its his 2nd post?

actually I would, but seeing how the replay section is broken right now I think the guy would get more confused. I mean you cant even see player names in replay section... Kappa

Fair point. We know about this, and it is on our list of items to fix. Sorry about the inconvenience.
