Sync Error Detected

So I was trying to get some screen shots of a game I played, and I load the replay. It runs fine as long as I don't turn the camera. As soon as I rotate the camera any amount Sync Error Detected appears across the screen. Nothing changes, I can watch the entire reply from start to finish. Just can't get a good screen cap now because it says Sync Error Detected throughout the entire match. This is a match I played just a few hours ago so it just be updated with the most recent patch. Really frustrating.

odd. afaik that shouldn't be happening in a replay.

I always look at my replays after a game to try to improve, however, since the patch, I can't watch any replays. I get "Sync Error Detected" a few seconds into any replays of my games.

After a patch gets released, all the pre-patch replays basicaly.. break. But if you're talking about replays you've recorded after the patch itself, I'm clueless. Relic prolly messed something up again. They'll fix it in the next patch, in 3-6 months

Yes, I am aware that every new patch makes old replays not work. To clarify, these are games I have played with the new patch that aren't working.
Is anyone else getting this problem?

The only explanation that I can think of is that you're trying to watch pre-hotfix replays on the post-hotfix patch. I just watched this replay (Patch: 3.0.0.18705) and it worked fine:
Either that or perhaps your game files are corrupted. Maybe in the Steam Library do "COH2->Properties->Local Files->Verify Integrity of Game Cache...".

I checked the integrity and it came back fine.
