Do I have to enable this first in order to use historical packs?

Since it is a decal, it is compatible with any skin pack. You just equip it in the decal slot any time you want to use historical skins.

Yup! Unless they turn them off in settings (new option added for that). Also, they only work in custom games.

Sure, it only took me a few minutes to make, but it was meant to serve as an example of a Decal Pack and an aid for making historically accurate skins.

It would be nice if Relic created an option for custom games that would turn off team colors completely. Keeping them intact for matched games is fine, but since mods can be used in custom games there are many reasons one might want to turn them off.

Thing is no one plays custom games so there would be no point in doing that.
