Things I Would Like To See In the Game

First of all, all options are highly debatable and maybe awkward. But I am just yolo'ing and here is my wishlist.
I play 1v1-2v2 as Allies and 3v3-4v4 as Axis.
1-Nebelwerfer: As it requires too much fuel for OST, and Panzerwerfer is a shitty arty, OST needs an only manpower-cost rocket artillery.
2-T34 Calliope: USF lacks artillery power except for priest, this unit would make it harder to blob volksgrenadiers, which is one of the main issues of the game.
3-M26 Pershing: Seems USA don't really need a heavy tank but it would be a good doctrinal option for USA in a relatively weak doctrine. If relic was ok with m26, it would make the life easier and give a chance to USF late game.
4-Panther HP buff: IMHO Panther MUST have 1000hp whereas T-34-85 has 800HP. So Panther needs an HP Buff urgently. It's armor and pen is fine.
5-Panzer III: A more durable and more reliable version of Puma. I think Panzer III would be wonderful with some AI support in mid-game. Same pen and damage as Puma and an armor between Stug and SU-76.
6-Protective Sandbags: Let set this option available only for Allied armor since Axis armor has blitz&panzertactician. Makes the armor more durable, maybe a little bit slower. Does not affect HP.
7-An option for transporting troops on top the tanks: Clear enough, this option would be nice.
8-Marder III: A slightly bit armored and more lethal SU-76 for axis faction. Can't arty barrage. Only effective against armor.
9-Sherman Jumbo upgrade for stock Sherman. Makes it more AT no longer can fire HE.

I am not taking the upcoming faction into account btw.

I would like them to replace fuel with tea. Brits are coming!

These ideas other than Marder could be better. I'll contribute one: I want a Jaeger Infantry Doctrine for the Americans. Ambush Camouflage+sprint upgrade for 75 munitions, M1 Carbine upgrade for 45, P47 rocket strike(think Stuka bombing run) and finally M10 Wolverine call-in.
