Ran across this article tonight randomly. Interesting but I'm wondering exactly how it would be utilized? Kinda "excited" about this...... B-)

Virtual reality (VR) fans were given a vague glimpse of what a launch line-up for the HTC Vive head-mounted display (HMD) could look like when the kit was revealed back in March 2015. HTC and partner Valve announced the device alongsde a handful of titles from developers including Bossa Studios and Fireproof Games. Their demos, shown at the 2015 Game Developers Conference (GDC) could resemble at least some of what fans will be playing when the kit launches in time for holiday 2015. Now an alleged leak on Valve’s part suggests that there could be plenty more on the way for the HTC Vive.

Far more intriguing are the titles that previously haven’t been mentioned for HTC Vive. These include Alien: Isolation by Creative Assembly, Company of Heroes 2 by Relic and Game of Thrones by HBO.

This is also the first time that Company of Heroes 2, first released in 2013, has been connected to VR.

A while ago I went to a VR Meetup at Bossa, one of the guys doing a talk showcased some strategy game ideas he had and I've got to say they were awesome.

He was thinking along the lines of using motion control as well to direct stuff and build things like you see in many films, which I'm not sure would work of CoH2 - the problem with doing it for games like CoH2 is the action bar down the bottom of the screen.

That kind of thing looks awful on VR, it really breaks it. So, the UI would need a complete redesign - and thats before we start talking about the menu system.

I'd play a game like Command&Conquer: Renegade but with CoH2 setting/units.
