Those are plastic kits, and you have to assembly it, paint it, and so on.....
you can search in google for "tamiya 1:35" or "italieri 1:35" and you´ll find plenty of them...
If you want to buy the finished product,then in ebay maybe you can find some guys selling their productions....

I got an m20, a sherman m4 and a m8 scott (tamiya, scale 1:35).
Now I´ve finished assemby the m20, and after applying the basic paint, I´ve just started to age it so it will look like as it has participated in battles and so on....really a nice hobby this about plastic kits and scale models...
