Dont we hate it all the terrible fps in the coh2 lobby? Dragging stuff stuttering etc.
This is what you should do:
Go to your CoH2 folder in program files/steam/steamapps/common/company of heroes 2/coh2
REMOVE the whole "movies" folder from that folder (copy it somewhere else to save it).
Now you wont have lag in menu anymore! 60fps yo (background will be black, but whatever!)
Lag fix for main menu!

hmmm i never thought about it before but i bet you can insert custom "movie files" in there for a custom background.

well in my case it's the workshop maps and mode if you get 15+ maps and mode
on the workshop the menu will lag but that's my case so i keep my workshop short!
