1cp - deploy 4 squad volkssturm (which has pnzfausts) for 180 mp same stats as osstruppen. can be deployed in houses and comes in either 3x mp40+1xstg, 3x kar+mg34, 2xkar+2xG43s,1xkar+2xSTG, or 2xmp40+1xkar+1xShrek
3cp - deploy sturmgrenider for 680mp which has 1.5 shield and comes out of houses. comes in 1xG43+1xstg+1xMP40+1xkar, which the kar can be replaced with mg34 for 60 muni. cannot move and shoot with mg34 at the same time.
4cp - recon plane
13cp - v1 rocket for 120muni and 80fuel which is strong as a railway arty strike. this rocket comes at a very fast speed that will only give few seconds to react.

Don't get me wrong, this commander is not that bad.
I actually like the idea of having something comparable to Railway/Stuka Bomb available when playing OKW to counter those nasty B4s - a bit too late at 13CP and too expensive for 80 fuel tho.
No fuel cost in return for a ammo cost increase and a notification for the enemy that a V2 is going down somewhere would be better.
Regarding those inf call-ins...
- Why so many different weapons?
- Sturmgrens with 1.5 armor + LMG34 sounds a bit too strong
- Volkssturm as 4-man squads and same stats as Osttruppen sounds a bit weak (well, I guess this wouldn't be a problem since we have Partisans/Irregulars)

clearly you didnt take time to read it or even explain why it would be so OP.
but i wonder why you are a mod when all you did was bash an OP on every axis idea without reading it.
