schreck : acc nerfed by 25 %
massive jackson pen buff

mortars can suppress now

Actually that one is pretty reasonable. I mean it may be relic style overkill but at least it touches all units that are the greaters offenders to ballance.

EDIT: And those mortars with supression may be great idea to different "skill blobs" from "A-move blobs"

Yeah. Even some of the changes here are huge overnerfs (but i highly doubt some of them will happen) it will be hilariuos to see the OpieOP meltdown.

I don't think nerfing is2 is a good idea, is2 accuracy is shit, tiger is better in that way. It might that is2 after this patch will be shit.
