I have been playing LoL for about 2 years on and off. Its a gg but too many shitty attitudes play that game.. are they gonna increase cost of boots s3?

No they +25 base speed of everyone and -25 speed of boots 1 if I'm not mistaken.

hmmmm... how the hell is that gonna change anything lol? youll still have the same speed going boots 3pots. I thought they wanted to stop people starting that.

It's a huge difference, the speed difference with or without boots isn't that significant anymore (25 instead of 50), making it less worth it in gold (compared to getting another item helping to win trades if dodging or escaping isn't that much of an issue).

I play quite a bit, finished season 2 in diamond and platinum. But there is no real reason to play a lot of games now with all the changes coming, one will have to re-learn it anyway.
