How dare these people act like they are running a business
Well, first of all, I don't mind that - I've always been a proponent of DLCs, skins etc., just not stuff that wrecks multiplayer like careless commander-spam.
Having said that, there are several ways to run and expand a business, especially when you create it yourself. Completely disregarding die-hard fans, even though such a group will always be a minority of any customer group, seems counterproductive to me.
They just seem perplexingly shortsighted, only focusing on initial sales of DLCs but undermining the long tail. In line with Hans' question, I just wanted to point this fact out to anyone who doesn't follow the CoH2 history like a "Days of Our Lives" addict
