You need to achieve 20k points to get all camouflages. Just restart the campaign in easy, blaze through it and don't spend too many requisition points and you'll easily get 20k (remaining requisition points do give quite a substatial amount of points for not entirely clear reasons).

I believe though that you only get skins and faceplates for the factions you play with
