Anyone have a decent strat for this commander? Seems like it could be as fun as Flamer M5 or M3 from Soviets.

i liked it post patch the M5s were a bit beefy then, now they go down quickly , their timing isn't good for aggresive use better use it as a forward reinforcement ..

if you are good at micro pop those medics out of ambulance and put them in M5 you can now reinforce and heal in neutral/enemy territory after engagements without having to retreat.

Withdraw and refit is good as well i go vehicle heavy LT build like get M20 plant mines, Get AAHT harrass him till he fields some AT or tank then use withdraw and refit on AAHT to get back fuel. by then you should already have a major out and you can decide if you want to purchase sherman/jackson. would have been great if the ability gave back some percent of manpower along with fuel right now it only returns fuel.

dont purchase M5 as soon as its available would rather get AAHT and get map control advantage then you can always widraw and refit it.

Thanks for your input, I rushed out the M5 with instant flamer upgrade and took out an OKW base setting up and wiped a sturm squad. I guess that was just lucky though. In my initial play I skipped Lt as I feared a puma after I had early aggression with the dodge. Gonna give the AAHT a try though.

I know you can get the fuel back with this refit ability but do you guys know if you get man power back 100%?

I'm not sure, I've kinda lost my enthusiasm for USF. Too difficult for a noob like me.

Hmmmm, seems like an interesting commander choice. Do you guys reckon it's worth using for 1v1?
If so, what do I remove from the loadout? Armored, maybe?

Don't beat yourself up - a forthcoming newspost will disclose that top players in tourney-mode, under pressure to win, do not play USF ;)

Aha true, It also makes it a lot more fun when you make OKW rage after their puma hits a mine.

I think it maybe could, although not as strong as some other choices. You need to make sure you really punish them early game though, I wouldn't do it vs OH because of the fausts but if you manage to pick out a kubel and maybe get a squad wipe by surprising them OKW matchup could be semi viable.
