How do you counter LMG paras? The answer is get a T3 vehicle out. Soft counters being rifle nade and the such but the problem is that the P-47 makes your T3 units pretty much useless so we are back to square one when the USF tanks roll out.
Any suggestions?

Without a replay it's very hard to point out what mistakes exactly you did.
Generally tho i don't see how P-47 negates axis T3. As wehrmacht you need to think that tanks are not your primary force.
Your primary source comes in the form of LMG grens and PaKs and perhaps mg 42s. Use these units correctly and you will win.
Unless you overextend your tanks, they should not die to a signle P-47 run. And of course you always need to have double PaKs gaurding your tanks. Airborne lacks good indirect fire options unless he goes for pak howi which means that he has no reliable way of dislodging your paks. Always have double PaKs supporting your tank, no matter what it is.
Versus LMG airborne you either need to use well positioned MG 42s, double team it with LMG grenadiers, or like you said use a tank with PaK support.
Keep in mind that double paks two shot every single USF tank except the bulldozer, which USF cannot access if he goes airborne.
If he goes for M8 scott, which any good USF player will do, considering getting a 251 halftrack to keep your PaKs alive.
In the early game a 222 is very useful, keep in mind that airborne have no AT so they are very vulnerable to any kind of vehicles. Using an ostwind for anti air is generally not preferable, since it costs alot, but if you manage to keep your 222 alive it also can perform an anti air role, making it shoot down the occasional P-47.
Always consider some panzershreck PGrens for additional AT power, or if the map is more urban and double PaK can be more easily flanked.
If you are particuraly desperate, consider buying the mechanized assault commander and use STUG E and tiger to basically hardcounter USF.
