Hello fellow Commanders! usfusfokwokwsovietssovietsostheerostheer

Right now our loadout consists 3 doctrines, 3 bulletins and 6 skins(3 summer and 3 winter).

My suggestion is to have 3 bulletins and 6 skins for a Doctrine instead of having them assigned to a Loadout. I think having more customization is always better. :)

Feel free to discuss or add options/suggestions.

Well I kinda like this idea, but that would force you to choose a doctrine to get any advantage of bulletins!

This. I've been thinking about better doctrine system, and this one looks good at least. That is a bad idea choosing a guards bulletin if there are shock troops in other doctrine (or any other call-in that is not an integral part of one's build).
