Does Quin say anything in the interview that justifies the scandalous AA's price?
Because I don't want to be hyped by an expansion that I'm not going to buy.

replay-ability: looking at gamespot's preview vid, there are like 18 territories in total and you have to take them back in orders of your choosing. also taking some territories displace german forces dynamically etc etc and one company can be encircled etc etc. your companies can vet, get weakened/lost.
so basically, there are at least some replay-ability built in. i am hyped for it but i can see $40 a bit much just for the fact that it is labelled as an "expansion"

Will there be any (competetive) multiplayer content like new commanders or is this a sp-/coop-only addon?
I expect it would be OP pay2win units like in ToV for CoH :-|
