error still present: no content-type or content-disposition headers in response, IE is actually doing the "right" thing here.
add content-type and/or content-disposition in response header to fix, should be 1 line for each in apache config.

but what about firefox? i use that works for me. (never had the problem your having.) also it has lots of privacy options.
