Its the Panzer IV ausf. J double call in one for OKW.
I would be very interested in the stats for the heat ammo, it says more range, but I donÄt think its true.
Also the Panzer4s, do they have less standart penetration? P4 stats in General.
Does Blitzkrieg have negative modiferes?
How much sight does the Artyspoter on the P4 give?
Do the Skirts give armor or hp?

Last time I checked, the HEAT rounds ability was still bugged and doesn't really work most of the time.
I believe they have the same stats as the regular P4 (including weapon stats) apart from a slightly slower turret rotation speed.
No negative modifiers from Blitzkrieg.
Not sure how much sight it gives, but not very much. In my opinion, best to stick with the MG gunner upgrade.
Skirts give bonus armour (both front and rear I believe), no extra HP.

Armour: 180
Health: 640
Penetration: 120 / 110 / 100
Scatter: 7.5 x 6.4
Reload: 5.3 - 5.7
OKW Panzer IV:
Armour: 160
Health: 640
Penetration: 120 / 110 / 100
Scatter: 7.5 x 7.1 (10% worse accuracy than WM Panzer IV)
Reload: 5.75 - 5.75

No, Combat Blitz lasts for 5 seconds and does not have any negative effects regarding use.
From experience, I estimate about 10.
30% more armour all around. That's 208 frontal and 104 rear, pretty decent for a medium tank.
Overall if you're looking to buy it, I'd recommend not, unfortunately. Many of the abilities are lackluster at best, and wildly underpowered at worst, even compared to identical abilities.
For example: Emergency Repairs takes a long time and if attacked during that time, the vehicle is destroyed. While Soviet Crew Repair takes awhile but carries no risk of destruction, and US Critical Repair is instant, and can only be lost if the crew is caught during the 2 seconds they're outside the tank.
