How you want to get a voice mod if there is no mod support at the moment?Well there should be a file where all the voices are stored right? I was thinking if it is possible to download the German and Russian version of the game then combine the sounds into one SGA file if there's an SGA packer for COH2.

If u change the files then Steam will re-download the original
